Other common Home Remedies: • Soybeans are very good for diabetes and also very healthy. • Cucumbers, onions, and tomatoes are known to be effective in treating diabetes; you can dice them into a salad and eat daily. You will also get a lot of vitamins by eating the salad which is very good for you. • 20-30 minutes walk everyday will help you treat the problem. • Add garlic to your daily diet. • Put 4-5 almonds in a cup of water before you go to bed.
